Insulation Techniques & Services Limited recognise the importance of health, safety and welfare in the successful running of a business.It is the company’s policy, in the light of current legislation, to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all its employees and any other persons who may come into contact with the company or any of its activities.
To ensure the effectiveness of its health and safety policy the company recognises that it has a responsibility to:
- Support human resource development by providing suitable information, instruction, and training, to enable all employees to develop a safety culture in respect of working safely and efficiently within the working environment.
- Minimise loss by providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Ensure progressive improvements in health and safety performance in accordance with best practice whilst at all times maintaining compliance with the Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974.
- Maintain a continuing interest in health and safety, in order to ensure that the standards achieved do not deteriorate and remain effective.
- Consult with the Health & Safety Committee concerning Health & Safety issues and address issues as necessary.
